Annually perform required testing (annual deferral percentage test (ADP) and annual contribution percentage test (ACP)) to ensure employee and employer contributions are not discriminatory.

Determine and advise on remedies to correct failed testing, if necessary.

For safe-harbor plans not subject to testing, calculate the required safe-harbor match or safe-harbor non-elective employer contribution.

Prepare safe-harbor notice(s) as required for distribution to plan participants.

Calculation and amortization of participant loans including required documentation.

Prepare signature-ready Annual Return/Report Forms 5500 and all required Schedules. Provide e-filings of client's returns as required by law. In the case of larger plans, we also work directly with your auditors to ensure that they have all the necessary information to complete their audit of the plan(s).

Prepare and supply participant disclosure information including Summary Annual Report and Statement of Deferred Vested Benefit (if applicable).

Plan document and amendments, as required.
