ADDITIONAL SERVICES
During the year we provide the following services:
- Compute all distributions payable to terminated, retired or deceased participants. Determine which participants are required to receive minimum distributions and the amount of distribution due.
- Determine which participants are eligible to diversify their ESOP stock benefits and the amount subject to diversification.
- Calculate each participant's share of any pass-through dividends paid on company stock.
- Prepare worksheets computing the taxability of distributions which is required at calendar year end by the Trustee.
- Provide consultation on Plan questions, proposed amendments and other matters relating to qualified Plans.
