ABOUT US

R. K. Schaaf Associates, Inc. has been providing recordkeeping and consulting services for clients with defined contribution plans nationwide since 1975. Because all of our clients have come to us by referral, we like to think that our best marketing tool is the quality of service we provide. A thorough knowledge of the requirements, especially in the case of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), is a vital necessity given the complex laws and regulations. Although we specialize in administration services for ESOPs, we also provide these services for 401(k) plans.

R.K. Schaaf Associates, Inc. is a member of several industry related organizations including The ESOP Association (TEA), the California Chapter of TEA, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), and the Los Angeles Chapter of NIPA.

Leslie and Wendy speak frequently on ESOPs and third party administration issues. In addition to speaking at employee ownership conferences and seminars on a national level, we also conduct employee orientation and education meetings for clients. We have authored several published articles in local and national newsletters, and are highly regarded as experts in ESOP administration.
